PropertyAuction.co.uk brings auction preparation, saved search preferences and professional enquiries into one place. Our aim is to make it easier for buyers, sellers, landlords, developers and investors to take an informed next step.
Approved members can save up to five search briefs on their device, use the purchase-budget and gross rental yield tools, and submit enquiries about property, funding, partnerships or integrations.
Account access is reviewed
Create an account, sign in and tell us how you intend to use the platform. Our team reviews each membership request. You can check your status on the member access page; registering an account does not automatically grant approval.
Building the auction network
We are inviting auction houses, estate agents, brokers, lenders and technology providers to discuss partnerships. Live auction catalogues, bidding, historical results and automated property alerts are not connected yet. The animated platform preview uses example data.
