Member accounts and approval
Secure account registration and sign-in are handled by Base44. For membership review we record your account ID and email, name, optional organisation, role, intended use, consent and application status. Authorised administrators review these details and can approve, decline or revoke access. We record the latest reviewer and review time.
Creating an account does not grant member access. Your own application status is available after sign-in; other members cannot view your application. Enquiries require approved membership and are linked to the submitting account. No automatic membership approval email is sent.
What the form collects
We collect your name, email, enquiry type and consent to contact. You can also provide a phone number, location, property preferences and a message. An auction search brief can include minimum and maximum price, tenure, sale context and auction interest. If you select the optional property-alert checkbox, we also record your request to hear when that service becomes available. Partnership and developer enquiries ask for your company or organisation. Partnership enquiries also record your sector; developer enquiries record your integration topic.
Please do not submit bank details, identity documents, API keys, passwords, customer data or sensitive financial information through these forms.
How your enquiry is handled
Your enquiry is saved in the platform’s Base44 database. The enquiry records are restricted to authorised administrators for review. This form does not send your details to an email service or a lender.
The team uses the information to respond to your request. If you register interest in the platform launch, your details may also be used to contact you about that launch. Submitting a funding enquiry does not automatically submit a loan application to a lender.
Saved searches and buyer tools
After approval, choosing to save a search stores up to five sets of property preferences in your browser’s local storage. This does not include your contact details, create an account or activate email alerts. You can remove saved searches from the auction discovery page. Registering a search through the enquiry form separately sends the submitted details to our database.
Calculator inputs and checklist selections stay in the current page’s memory and are not sent to our enquiry database. Leaving or refreshing the page clears them.
Questions or changes
To ask about your enquiry, correct your details or withdraw your request for contact, reply to a message from the team or use the enquiry form. State your request and the email address you previously used.
